Therapy for anxious gen-z + millennial women

Does this sound like you?

Anxiety

  • You're the one who has it together on paper, at least.

  • Your to-do list never ends, and neither does the guilt when you're not being productive.

  • You've Googled "why do I feel anxious even when nothing is wrong."

School + Career Burnout

  • You're afraid that if you slow down, you'll have to feel everything you've been outrunning.

  • Somewhere between the deadlines and the drive, you lost track of what you actually want.

  • Your body is sending signals. You've gotten very good at ignoring them.

  • You were never "hyperactive" you were the daydreamer, the overachiever, the one who just had to try harder than everyone else.

  • You've built systems, lists, and routines just to function and you're tired of the mental overhead.

  • You mask it, but you’re exhausted from masking it.

High Achiever Anxiety

  • You perform confidence so well that nobody thinks to ask if you're okay.

  • The anxiety isn't stopping you it's what's been driving you. That's the problem.

  • You've built a life that looks great from the outside and feels relentless from the inside.
